Who this policy covers

This page (anandhabitat.space) is operated by Moneytree Realty Services Limited ("Moneytree Realty", "we", "us"), the UP-RERA registered real estate agent (Registration No. UPRERAAGT25048) marketing Capitol City Centre, Sahibabad on behalf of the project developer, AnandHabitat Sahibabad DOBT & CC Private Limited. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this page, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this page, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to share it
• The unit configuration you're interested in, if selected
• Any message you choose to add

When you submit the form, these details are sent through a secure first-party relay operated for the site, retained by Hashverto Private Limited in restricted private storage for up to 180 days, and forwarded to Moneytree Realty for follow-up. Hashverto uses the retained copy to verify form capture and handoff, and to report campaign performance. The separate website event log continues to exclude your contact details and message text.

If you click a WhatsApp or call link, we record that the link was clicked, when it happened, which site button was used, and limited campaign tags or ad click identifiers where present. We do not receive or record the contents of a WhatsApp conversation or whether a phone call connected. The conversation or call itself happens through WhatsApp or your phone network and is subject to their own privacy terms.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure ad performance. By submitting an enquiry, you authorize enhanced conversion measurement: after Moneytree acknowledges receipt, your phone number is formatted with the +91 country code, hashed in your browser using SHA-256, and shared with Google alongside the enquiry conversion event. Google may match this hashed number to Google accounts to attribute the enquiry to an ad. A hash is a pseudonymous identifier, not anonymous data. We do not include your name, email or message in this enhanced conversion code, and do not attach this phone hash to phone or WhatsApp click events. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

How we use this information

• To respond to your enquiry — sharing the price list, floor plans, availability and site-visit details
• To contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about this enquiry, as you consent to when you submit the form
• To measure website form handoffs and phone or WhatsApp link clicks, and to report campaign performance

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry details are shared for follow-up and the measurement described above:

• Moneytree Realty Services Limited, the property advisory partner, to respond to your enquiry with pricing, availability and site-visit scheduling
• Hashverto Private Limited, the digital marketing agency, to operate the enquiry form, securely retain a copy for up to 180 days, verify handoff status and report campaign performance
• Google, a hashed phone number after an acknowledged enquiry, for enhanced ad conversion measurement as described above
• Anand Habitat (the project developer), where needed to provide accurate project information and arrange site visits

How long we keep it

The separate website event log contains an event identifier, timestamp, event type, button placement, limited campaign attribution fields, and the Moneytree endpoint response status; it does not contain your name, phone number, email address, or message text. Those event records are kept on a rolling 180-day basis. Hashverto's private lead copy contains the details listed above and is kept for up to 180 days, then removed as old records are pruned. Moneytree handles its own copy under its applicable retention practices and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you've shared, or to stop contacting you, at any time by reaching out through the contact details below. If you no longer want WhatsApp or call follow-ups, tell us on your next call or message and we'll stop.

Security

Hashverto's lead copy is stored in access-restricted server storage outside the public website directory; the lead review page is protected by the dashboard's sign-in. We take reasonable steps to protect information in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This page is intended for adults making a property enquiry and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
